Lepidolite is a rare form of mica only found in environments where high concentrations of lithium are available for mineral formation. Coconut Lepidolite is a silver-lilac colored variation of Lepidolite which forms in curved layers and distinct round shapes.
Coconut Lepidolite can be brittle and should be treated with care. When clearing your stones for energy work, we recommend avoiding water, instead use a method that involves smudge sticks. Palo Santo or sage smoke is also effective for clearing Lepidolite.
Lepidolite is said to help with emotional balance, stress, depression, and anxiety. Coconut Lepidolite may be used to help overcome self-criticism and soften physical discomfort by placing a piece directly on the site of pain.
